Did an hour ride with 2×15’ FTP intervals. They were hard but I could’ve gone harder which means I’m improving (yay for the little wins 🤙🏼). Had a 1 mile run on the schedule but when I got off the bike and out the front door… it was 32 F and raining pretty hard 🤔 I really considered just doing it anyway but decided it was probably better not to risk getting sick or slipping and falling 🚫🚫🚫 One little workout is not gunna make or break me… unless I eat it in the rain! Gotta be smart about it. Settled for 20 min of strength instead. And as luck would have it, once I arrived at the airport, they delayed my flight by 3 hours! 😫 ••• Would you have toughed it out in those conditions?
