Natalie Van Coevorden is professional triathlete. 23 years old. “People call me NVC!”
I have been competing on the world stage for the past 5 years since finishing school in 2010 at John Therry Catholic High School, Rosemeadow. After school with a ATAR of 90.1, I started university twice doing primary school teaching and sports science but I decided to invest in my dream. I now live overseas in Europe for 4 months a year in Vitoria Gasteiz in the basque country of Spain. I have competed at 4 world championships as a junior in 2011 and under 23 in 2012, 2013 and 2015. I have competed on the WTS circuit since 2012 now with my best result being 10th in Auckland 2013. I am part of a pretty unique squad called the Wollongong wizards that puts me in an elite environment on a day to day basis here in Australia and overseas. My main goal would be to compete for Australia at the commonwealth games and the Olympic games
