🏊🏼‍♂️ Ever come out of the pool with your face red, stinging and dry? …sometimes for the rest of the day? 🙋‍♀️ Chlorine and other pool chemicals are harsh on our skin; there’s no way around it. A protective barrier is beneficial and necessary! After months of experimenting, my solution is a combination of a high spf and a thick moisturizer. I really love @josiemarancosmetics and @drjart products and the two I recommend are in the 2nd photo here. 👉 . In an attempt to save my hair from further damage, I thoroughly wet it and spray on a leave in conditioner before putting my swim cap on. Brandon and I have 2 big swim endurance events later this year, so I’ll be increasing time in the water. Now, salt water… that’s a whole other story!
